Day Off: Quick Chia Seed Lemonade

I’m taking a day off from blogging today.  It’s our eleventh wedding anniversary. While I am the face of CTF and I handle all of the blogging, forum posting, writing the mailers and the customer service, what many of you do not know is that my husband works tirelessly on CTF behind the scenes.  For months now, we have worked side by side, every night and all weekend.  This new website wouldn’t have happened without his help.  While I’ve been putting in 60-80 hours a week, he’s been coming home from his day job and working on CTF until midnight every night and all weekend.  It’s a family business.  Soon, we will be launching several new products that are his work.  While it’s my forte to write recipes, most of the technical work behind the scenes comes from a very handy husband who is willing to work hard to see his wife succeed.  I think you’ll be excited to see what’s in store.

So instead of writing today, I’m just going to share a recipe.  This is the chia seed drink we enjoy daily.  The kids like it, and it’s a great way to get probiotics into them.  It’s a win-win.

  5. Happy Anniversary, Kerry Ann! The lemonade sounds super. I’ve been looking for new ways to use chia seeds — and so has my mom. I’m going to pass this on to her, too! :-)

That is understandable that money makes people autonomous. But how to act when somebody does not have cash? The one way only is to receive the home loans and just short term loan.

  8. Lea H says:

You definitely beat me to the punch. I am only just now “getting into” using chia seeds.

Thanks for sharing this recipe on Nourishing Treasures’ Chia Recipe link-up!
