Giveaway: One Year Menu Mailer Package Subscription

By
Facebook Twitter Plusone Pinterest Linkedin Stumbleupon Email

We hit 4,5000 Facebook fans yesterday, so it’s time to host a giveaway! One winner of this giveaway will receive a 52-week subscription to both the Menu Mailer and the Recipe Archive. The Menu Mailer can be either the Australian or the United States version.

The Menu Mailer

The Menu Mailer covers five dinners (including side dishes), one breakfast, one soup and one dessert every week. It contains a full menu, shopping list, a preparation plan, and serving suggestions for each meal. Tips and information are included in every mailer as well. Ingredients are seasonal for the United States or Australia, your choice.

What makes the Cooking Traditional Foods menu mailer unique? A preparation schedule is included with every menu mailer. It reminds you when to thaw the meat, prep the crock-pot, or soak the grains. Because lack of planning is a major hurdle in getting healthy meals on the table, this schedule helps you make sure everything is done. It also contains blanks so you can write in your own reminders for breakfast, snacks and lunches.

The Cooking TF Menu Mailer has the option for every meal to be gluten and/or casein free, so those with food allergies or who are new to having to cook for someone with allergies do not have to convert the recipe. It also contains suggestions for gluten and casein free brands on each shopping list to assist those new to allergy cooking.

The Recipe Archive

The Recipe Archive is a compilation of all of the recipes that have been posted to Cooking Traditional Foods website and old blog. All recipes are labeled for gluten and casein content, so allergic users can see at a glance which recipes might work for them. There are currently over 500 recipes archived in this collection.

  11. we are desperattely trying to get rid of some debt from our move last year and I know you like Dave Ramsey -n you’ve tweeted a few little things. Having you plan my GF meals would be a huge help in that my health is still poor, DH wants to lose weight and needs to do it nutritionally and we need to learn how to better enjoy the abundance of veggies, greens, etc. I’ve done menu-mailer systems before with other companies and they are a lifesaver, but I REALLY want to do yours!

I find that I’m constantly rooting around my kitchen at 5p, trying to think of what to make for dinner and finding that I’m out of something I need and end up making spaghetti more often than I care to admit. A menu plan is something that I truly need and could put to good use.

I’m a year or so into my TF journey and so far my favorite recipe is a simple beef stew, with carrots, potatoes, chicken or beef broth, salt and pepper. It’s easy to put together last minute and I almost always have these foods on hand.

I wanted to thank you for your amazing recipes, my wife does most of the cooking unless it is breakfast. She has been using your recipes and it is has been mind blowing. The broths are phenomenal and make you feel full but not in a post Thanksgiving dinner type way but the way that I remember feeling when I was a kid. I feel healthier and more alert and I have maintained a consistant weight. My wife is also much happier in her cooking cause it allows her to cook traditional meals but with out the added sugars and such.Holly has never been this excited about cooking before and it brings me much joy to see her so excited about it. I would love to win a years worth of meal plans not so much for myself (even though I totally benefit) but for my wife who would be so excited.
