Hidden Veggies Linky Party

By

Hidden veggies have become quite the hot topic recently. I’m having more and more requests for hidden veggie recipes, tips and information on top of what I have already put out.

What are hidden veggies? It’s a way to hide vegetables in a dish so that they blend into the background. Pureed, baked into, mashed and otherwise not noticeable, so a child (or picky husband) is less likely to reject the dish.

So how about a Hidden Veggies Linky Party?

Rules:

  • Link to your favorite hidden veggies blog post on your own blog. If you don’t have a blog, you can put the recipe in the comments section below.
  • Edit your post and place a link back to this blog post in your post so everyone can share in the fun.
  • If you don’t link back, your entry will be deleted.

Alright, everyone, let’s have some sneaky fun!
