The Oldest and Still The Best
What makes the Cooking Traditional Foods Classic Menu Mailer unique? While other mailers contain only three dinners, our Classic Mailer features five. Other mailers charge more per week for less content- you receive a Classic Menu Mailer with five dinners and the Recipe Archive From CookingTF for the same price as other mailers who only offer three dinners per week with no additional resources.
A preparation schedule is included with every menu mailer. It reminds you when to thaw the meat, prep the crock-pot, make the stock or soak the grains. Because lack of planning is a major hurdle in getting healthy meals on the table, this schedule helps you make sure everything is done. It also contains blanks so you can write in your own reminders for breakfast, snacks and lunches. We include a list of things you can do before the week begins to help decrease the amount of time you spend in the kitchen during the week. This includes things like soaking or sprouting and cooking beans, making condiments, baking breads, making yogurt and more.
The CookingTF Classic Menu Mailer has the option for every meal to be gluten and/or casein free, so those with food allergies or who are new to having to cook for someone with allergies do not have to convert the recipes. Each shopping list contains suggestions for gluten and casein free brands for those new to allergy cooking.
Your first menu mailer will be available for instant download after you subscribe. Future mailers are released each Tuesday. You will receive an e-mail when they are ready for pick-up.
